Delivery Information

Your goods will usually be dispatched between 1- 3 business days of your order confirmation. If there is a back-order, the merchant will contact you directly to let you know.

Delivery: standard Australia Post costs + $5 P&H

Express Post: this service may only apply to orders dispatched from Wagga Wagga to other metropolitan areas. Please allow 3-5 days delivery to other regional and remote NSW towns, or other states of Australia.

International Orders will not be accepted in 2016, unless discussed prior to order confirmation.

Tracking your order – once your order has been dispatched, the merchant may inform you when to expect delivery. If there is a delay due to back order, the merchant will let you know via email.

Lost or Damaged goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at shop@expectme dot com dot au or call 0427 552369 from 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (AEST) so that we may assist you.

Individual merchants will offer special discounts or promotional campaigns through Enter your campaign CODE when you ‘check out’ of the Shop, and you will receive the appropriate discount, gift etc.
