If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and would like an exchange or refund, please read the information below that details out what to do.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
You must return your item to the Merchant that sold you the goods. While we ensure the integrity of the goods and services provided by the Merchants on www.expectme.com.au, all return and refund negotiations will continue independently of www.expectme.com.au.
The Merchant may negotiate an exchange or replacement of the product, with another product that is similar or of similar value.
If you are not happy with your negotiations, contact our Customer Care team on 0427 552369 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Saturday (AEST).
Once the Merchant has received your item, they will check it and let you know that they’ve received it. They will also let you know the status of your refund, most likely by phone or email. If your return is approved, they will negotiate a refund to you and email or call you to let you know.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to the Merchant’s address. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund on Sale Item
Refunds and returns on Sale items are to be negotiated directly with the Merchant. Please ensure that you contact the Merchant directly to manage this process.
In the event that you have a download or website link that isn’t working, please contact the Customer Care team on 0427 552369 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Saturday (AEST) and we’ll work this through with you.
