June 22, CWA of NSW Virtual Branch hosts Dr Michael Carr-Gregg, Raising Resilient Kids


Country Women’s Association of NSW – Virtual Branch invites parents and grand-parents, carers and coaches of children in high school to a FREE webinar to hear from one of Australia’s highest profile adolescent psychologists, Dr Michael Carr-Gregg, via Zoom (install HERE) on Building Happy, Resilient Kids during the Corona Virus lockdown.

This is a 1-hour online event – 45mins presentation and 15mins Q&A.  Registrations are essential (‘Add to Cart’ below).

“Before the Coronavirus turned their lives upside down, 1 in 4 young people young people were suffering from mental health challenges, such as depression and anxiety.

“Add a global pandemic which has shut down their school, ended their social interactions, stopped their sporting, artistic and musical pursuits and it is appropriate that we help parents focus on building resilience.

“This webinar aims to provide parents with the skills, knowledge and strategies to ensure that they can help their sons and daughters, grandsons and grand-daughters, navigate this new reality” says Dr Michael Carr-Gregg.
