Bush Goddess Paddock Pork is a story of passion, integrity and devotion from Pennie and Alan at Springview Eco Farm – and you can taste it!
“Composed of four distinct ecosystems, our farm is home to many species of birds, animals and plants.
We also raise hand-reared Bush Goddess Paddock Pork; our happy piggies are sunshine-enriched as they live outdoors all their lives and love meeting people.
We have three separate camping grounds, a caravan with double bed, and a double room in our house. Dinner bed & breakfast is included for guests staying in The Rufous Room and Caravan.
We encourage people to explore this natural property and learn about the geological, hydrological and ecological histories which contribute to how the systems function today. This farm has areas special to Wiradjuri people and many food and medicine plants.

Pennie is renowned for her passionate role as food activist, and successful facilitation of the EAT LOCAL MOVEMENT in Wagga and Canberra, and pursuit of Local Food Economies across Australia.
Her mission is to enable people to have access to and eat locally produced food. This provenance requires an alternative retail food system currently dominated by supermarkets.
Pennie understands the need for our greater participation in food growing and selling with a LOCAL focus, and that when we do, it ticks all the boxes for a regenerative, respectful and healthy future for the next ten generations.
Pennie’s focus on providing ethical and ecologically sourced and grown foods from happy farming families in Australia, to you and your family’s dining table, is bringing you the best food nature can provide.
Pennie’s free range pork products, such as sausages, are available at Mate’s Gully Restaurant, Wagga Wagga and Coolamon Cheese Factory, Coolamon.
